Meeting the Needs of Coaches WHERE YOU ARE.

"I used to think it was enough to speak with one of my coach buddies if I needed to debrief from a coaching session. Having now worked with CSA in formal coaching supervision, I have seen that that was really only a quick fix. Sharing the challenges that arise from a coaching session created a huge amount of opportunity - not to just repair or grow the client relationship, but more importantly for the future of that or any other relationship, grow the coach. Specific focussed attention through coaching supervision is not only one of the strongest coach devlopment supports I know of, I think it's also a mandatory part of a dedicated, professional coach's portfolio"
