NEW FOR 2009

Monthly, Face-to-Face Coaching Supervision Group. Seaford, East Sussex.

‘Supervision is an opportunity to bring someone home to their own mind, to show them how good they can be.’
Nancy Kline

Are you looking for first class, face-to-face coaching supervision - at a very fair price?

Miriam Orriss, Executive Coach and Director of CSA, will be running a small monthly coaching supervision group in Seaford, starting mid - March. The group will be limited to 5 participants and will last for 2 hours. This structure will ensure that everyone has individual time and that we maximise the learning opportunities that this type of group offers. The group will run initially for 5 sessions.

CSA has run supervision groups for coaches and coaching companies for 9 years. The main supervision model that we use is CSA’s Full Spectrum Model. This is a holistic and rigorous supervision model which ensures a thorough reflection of your practice, and supports exploration of the full range of supervisory conversation. Areas covered will include:

  • Exploration of issues around contracting, working in Organisations, complex systems, and parallel process.
  • Case study focus.
  • Reflection, learning and support on all aspects of coaching.
  • Teaching and Practice on all of the major Core Coaching Competencies.
  • Teaching on powerful coaching tools e.g. Karpman Drama Triangle, Energy Management.
  • Focus on Relational issues in Coaching.
  • Coaching Psychology.

The acknowledged benefits are:

  • Great strides in professional confidence, insight and range of interventions.
  • First-class supervision support for your practice.
  • Leading-edge, informed teaching, as appropriate, on client issues.
  • Professional Development of each Coach in the Group
  • Personal Development Focus in relation to work with clients.
  • The shared experience, insights and learning potential of a great group
