"Supervision is an opportunity to bring someone home to their own mind, to show them how good they can be.’
Nancy Kline

As part of Coaching Supervision Academy’s on-going commitment to making first-class, affordable Coaching Supervision available to all coaches, we will be running a new, telephone Coaching Supervision group, starting in May. CSA has run telephone coaching supervision groups since 2000 and we know the huge benefits of this relatively inexpensive form of CPD for coaches.

Whilst this group is primarily aimed at coaches who have not yet had opportunity to have supervision, any coach who would like to have supervision is welcome regardless of your experience of supervision.

BENEFITS:
  • Great strides in professional confidence, insight and range of interventions.
  • Teaching and Practice on all of the major Core Coaching Competencies.
  • First class supervision support for your practice.
  • Leading-edge, informed teaching as appropriate on client issues.
  • Personal Development Focus in relation to work with clients.
  • The shared experience, insights and learning potential of a great group
  • Teaching on powerful coaching tools eg. Karpman Drama Triangle, Energy Management.
