Morning Session on Clean Language

Clean language is very flexible. What started out as a therapeutic process is now used in many contexts, including:
  • as an interviewing tool
  • as a way to model different skills and perceptions
  • as a coaching tool
  • in business meetings
  • for team building
  • for self-facilitation

This practical, morning session will explore a new ‘clean’ model, plus the use and benefits of Clean Language to enable you to develop your own practice. CPD certificates will be given to delegates.

  • Be present and attentive to ourselves, more able to work with our own emotional states and how they are affecting our interactions with the client and our coaching practice
  • Help clients to develop their own resources of mindfulness and presence, become more confident and reduce anxiety

This afternoon session will draw on our own experiences of coaching and supervision and the work of Peter Senge and Alexander Caillet. It will introduce approaches to developing mindfulness, derived from meditation techniques and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. CPD certificates will be given to delegates. See morning session on ‘Clean Language’.
