The Coaching Supervision Academy is pleased to announce a yearly programme of Advanced Coaching Wokshops for all coaches wishing to improve their practice.
'Clean Language' and ‘Developing Mindfulness and Presence’ Workshop London, 13th March 2010
These workshops are run by qualified and experienced coaches and coach supervisors who have all gained the Diploma in Coachng Supervision from CSA and recognised by the ICF (International Coaching Federation)

Morning Session on Clean Language
9.30 Coffee/tea Workshop 10am - 12.30
Clean language is very flexible. What started out as a therapeutic process is now used in many contexts, including:
as an interviewing tool
as a way to model different skills and perceptions
as a coaching tool
in business meetings
for team building
for self-facilitation
This practical, morning session will explore a new ‘clean’ model, plus the use and benefits of Clean Language to enable you to develop your own practice. CPD certificates will be given to delegates.
Morning facilitators;
Jackie Arnold has been an executive coach and coach trainer for over 10 years. She was on the first board of the UK ICF and is a certified coach and coach supervisor. She has established a Clean Language model for supervision and works with clean language coach Marion Way. Leanne Lowish is an accredited coach, counsellor, coaching supervisor, trainer and group facilitator. She runs accredited and non accredited training around coaching, counselling, supervising, management and leadership, working with addiction and self destructive behaviour, self care, burnout prevention and stress management. Afternoon Session ‘Developing Mindfulness and Presence’.

This session will explore how we can use mindfulness and meditation to:
Be present and attentive to our clients – with the confidence to lay down our tools and techniques and simply be
Be present and attentive to ourselves, more able to work with our own emotional states and how they are affecting our interactions with the client and our coaching practice
Help clients to develop their own resources of mindfulness and presence, become more confident and reduce anxiety
This afternoon session will draw on our own experiences of coaching and supervision and the work of Peter Senge and Alexander Caillet. It will introduce approaches to developing mindfulness, derived from meditation techniques and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. CPD certificates will be given to delegates. Afternoon facilitators;
Ian Mackenzie and Peter Welch have over 20 years experience in coaching and running interactive workshops. They are accredited Coach Supervisors with the Coaching Supervision Academy and offer supervision to coaches of all levels of experience. Ian is an experienced mediator and meditation teacher who has worked in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. Peter has a masters in organisational learning, is an NLP practitioner with experience in Appreciative Inquiry, group facilitation – and African drumming!
