Karyn Prentice
Karyn Prentice is a qualified coach, accredited coach-mentor supervisor with international
experience and is a linguist.
Karyn works in a wide range of organisational settings including music,
accountancy partnerships, food and wine, and extensively in universities.
She designs and delivers innovative leadership programmes and workshops and

Monica Ross, Senior Course Tutor with CSA is an ICF Accredited coach and accredited Supervisor with CSA. She is passionate about standards and ethics in coaching and supervision , currently Co-President of the ICF Chapter in Ireland. She also holds the role of spokesperson for Accreditation, CPD and Supervision on the Steering Group of Coaching Alliance in Ireland – an alliance of the four main coaching organizations in Ireland.
Monica is an Executive Coach , Coaching Supervisor and Facilitator with a transpersonal approach. She is a trained energy therapist with a particular interest in how we communicate and manage our energy in our work with clients. She is an accredited provider of several personality and team profiles including MBTI, Belbin, Team Management, Emotional Intelligence and also trained in the Enneagram. Trained in Transactional Analysis with a particular emphasis on working with Leaders in organizations and with groups. Monica works with coaches and clients in Ireland and internationally; cross-cultural communication and intercultural awareness are her areas of specialism having provided language and culture training to international executives for 17 years.
Marianne Craig was awarded Master Certified Coach credential by the ICF in 2005 and has worked as a personal and career coach for ten years, with a consistently full practice. Her coach clients include executive and personal coaches. She enjoys supporting coaches who are working towards accreditation. Marianne graduated from CSA in 2007 and has supervised many new and experienced coaches. She trains and licences coaches to use her Firework Career Coaching Programme. Marianne is based in Brighton and works face to face locally and internationally by telephone.
Management Trainer, Coach Supervisor and Coach, Ian has been helping to develop individuals and organisations for over 25 years. Ian is known for his combination of clarity and empathy.
Along with his work as a coach supervisor, Ian has run workshops in organisations ranging from the Department for Education to Coca-Cola, on subjects including Leadership, Performance Management, Coaching and Mentoring Skills and Communication.
He has worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, particularly concentrating on transitions – working in the midst of uncertainty and change, discovering or re-discovering a sense of identity and purpose.
As well as having a wealth of experience in a wide range of organisational settings, Ian also has a particular interest in applied psychology, meditation and the application of mindfulness. He lives in Brighton and works, he says, “anywhere I’m needed”.
