TEAMSUPERVISOR
Via telephone or in person. Small group learning can be a very potent and less expensive way to experience the benefits of coaching supervision. Numbers are kept low - max. 5 per group - to create more time for you and to enhance the potential for learning. Cost: from £300 - £450 depending on context and contract.
PERSONALSUPERVISOR
Regular, ongoing coaching supervision is a great way to develop and sustain coaching competence. The supervision can be used to encourage the development of specific skills, to explore all that goes on at the interface between coach and client and to give support in respect of recurring or unexpected client material. You will have ample time to reflect on all aspects of your work and get insightful support.
Cost: Corporates: £250 per hour, 30 mins.pro rata. Independents by negotiation.
EXECUTIVE AND INTERNAL COACH SUPERVISOR
The roles of the Executive and Internal Coach brings specific pressures and challenges. We support you to step back, have a reflective space and see the often complex dynamics at work around you. Coaching Supervision will enable you to deal more clearly with contracts, have greater insight and be more effective and efficient. At CSA, we have experience of working, coaching and supervising in large organizations. Companies use both TEAMSUPERVISOR and PERSONALSUPERVISOR. EXECUTIVE AND MENTOR COACHES
Training in Coaching Supervision Skills. This two-day training provides you with a sound introduction to Basic Coaching Supervision Skills which will enable you to establish your own peer supervision group or to enhance the quality of your mentoring practice. Pricing according to context and contract. We also offer Consultancy to peer coaching supervision groups.
