As a graduate from the CSA, you are warmly invited to step into a vibrant community of like-minded supervisors committed to deepening our practice, sharpening our supervision skills, and growing together in a spirit of mutual learning.
The Coaching Supervision Peer Chain is more than just a structure — it’s a shared commitment to professional excellence, reflective practice, and generous exchange. Together, we’ll create a space where every role is equally valued, and where supervision is both given and received with integrity and care.

- It provides an intentional, structured rhythm for practicing supervision skills.
- It nurtures our ongoing professional competence.
- It offers us the gift of both supervising and being supervised, while sharing our insights and growth with the group.
- It is recognized by CSA, who will award CPD hours to all members who meet the requirements.
Your Commitment (January – December 2026)
- 12 months, divided into 3 four-month rotations (Jan–Apr, May–Aug, Sept–Dec).
- At each rotation, new dyads will be formed for fresh perspectives.
- Each member will join two supervision calls per month: once as supervisor and once as supervisee. That’s 4 hours in each role across a 3-month rotation!
