Michael Smith, part of CSA’s leadership team, offers a dedicated Zoom drop-in to help with anything CSA-related, whether it's navigating the website, using features in the hubs, or answering general queries. We can screen-share, talk it through, and get it sorted together.

Sessions are available for one hour, twice a week, scheduled to accommodate most international time zones. Small groups (max 3) so everyone gets individual attention. We take one question at a time, moving round the group to make sure each person is supported.
