Additional CPD Pathways
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Who you are is how you supervise. These pathways keep that inquiry alive long after the Diploma.
BEYOND THE DIPLOMA
Supervision matures as we do. Alongside the CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision, our faculty and community offer a growing set of pathways for coaches, supervisors and practitioners who want to keep deepening their practice, whether that means sharpening a particular craft, finding a rhythm of rest and reflection, or joining a peer group for the year ahead.
Each pathway is held with the same care and depth as the Diploma. Some run live in small groups across the seasons, some are self-paced, and some are ongoing supervision circles hosted by CSA Accredited Supervisors. Current CSA Accredited Supervisors and CSA students receive a community rate on most programmes.
