A Programme as a Way of Being
The CSA France training programme is aimed at coaches who wish to deepen theirapproach and supervision skills in a demanding yet supportive environment. Since the programme was accredited in 2005, the programme has become a benchmark in the French-speaking supervision community in France, Europe, and beyond.
Combining academic rigour with a deeply human approach, the one-year training programme combines theoretical teaching, supervised practice, feedback, tutoring, and personal experience. It draws on classic and contemporary models of supervision that make upthe Full Spectrum Model, enabling participants to develop a wide range of skills, relational, systemic, psychological, and existentialskills to offer enriched and inspired coaching supervision.
What sets the ‘Francophone’ version apart
The French-language programme is rooted in a Francophone cultural and linguistic context, enabling learning and exchanges in French tailored to the realities of Francophone coaches and supervisors. The current format is entirely virtual, allowingparticipants from several continents to attend.
The Content and Structure of the program have been designed to promote quality relationships, depth, and consistency with all other CSA programmes, as well as to adapt to time and mobility constraints. Participants benefit from the experience of a team with diverse backgrounds, which enriches the diversity of practices and approaches. This openness, which is both international and linked to the French-speaking context, offers a unique space to develop a supervisory approach that is both rooted and universal.

CSA is proud to have Approved Provider status with the ICF. Our Diploma now carries 108.5 CCEUs. These are made up of 77.5 Core Competencies and 31 Resource Development.

CSA is delighted to have 'Approved Provider' status with ICF and our Diploma Program has been continuously Accredited with EMCC since 2005.
This Programme will take place virtually. We switched to this format following the COVID-19 pandemic, which had a significant impact on international travel. We have continued to develop the elements of the programme, adopting this medium with excellent feedback from students and faculty.
