Will is increasingly 'bothered' by the proliferation of models in the coaching world that create a pressure to know this or that, and overlook the beautiful simplicity of a curiosity that comes from a place of not knowing. He's most curious about the depth of intimacy, spacious insight and creativity that emerges, in one-to-one or in groups, when we allow space to be with the effervescent aliveness of the unknown. 

Will entered the coaching/supervision field in 2009 and gained CSA accreditation in 2017. A valued member of our Faculty, he has taught as both Tutor and Facilitator, and has led the UK programme as Lead Facilitator since UK18.

"I see my supervision as holding a space in which a coach or supervisor can explore, examine, play, experiment with and indeed let go of, who they are as a coach, what that means for the relationships they form and the energy they offer with their clients."

Louise has been a CSA Faculty member since 2024 as a tutor for CSA's UK Diploma program and this year is delighted to be bringing her passion and experience as a co-facilitator to the UK20 Diploma program. With Will Medd she has also co-created and delivers CSA's 'Exploring the Dance of Group Supervision'. Louise brings with her experience of 20 years as a coach and 7 years as a Coach Supervisor working extensively in both team and group settings. 

It always feels a privilege to do this work as a supervisor sitting side by side coaches as they explore their work. There is something magical about co-creating a curious, safe and reflective space where both supervisor and supervisee can be fully present to what is unfolding, in which deep learning emerges. I believe supervision at its best harnesses the wisdom found in the present moment, creativity of the supervisee and allows for both vulnerability and challenge.

CSA's Consultant to Faculty and Curriculum, Alison is an EMCC coach at Master Practitioner level and APECS Coaching Supervisor. Her practice is underpinned by the Global Code of Ethices and APECS Ethical Guidelines. Alison completed her Professional Doctorate in 2014 and co-faciltates the first UK-based EMCC accredited programme in 'Self as Group Supervisor'. 

Andra Morosi,  is a seasoned global leadership coach with a proven track record with senior executives and C-Suite leaders and their teams, supervisor of coaches, mentor coach and thinking partner. Andra graduated with CSA in 2018 and her drive is “Boosting potential, passion and performance in leaders and teams!”

Claire Breeze, has a particular interest in developing the resilience of challenger leaders. Accrediting with CSA in 2014 and with a masters degree in 'Change Agent Skills and Strategies'.

Claire is a qualified therapist and stress management consultant with extensive experience of executive coaching group work and action learning. 

Lynne has been coaching leaders and teams for more than 20 years and has been supervising coaches and coaching supervisors since 2009. An accredited Master Executive Coach and CSA Accredited Coach Supervisor since 2010.  

Dorothy Atcheson, is specially trained in systems - working with organisations, teams and groups of all kinds - and takes a ‘systems inspired’ approach to all of her coaching, facilitation and supervision. Accredited with CSA in 2013, Dorothy enjoys reflecting with those immersed in complex organisational settings or exploring the intricacies of group dynamics.

Dr Doug Montgomery, accredited with CSA in 2016 with a passion for supporting the growth and development of others. Doug brings his skill with learning partnerships in which ‘safe-spaces’ are co-created to bring Coach Supervision to experienced executive and internal coaches as well as Leadership Reflection for middle and senior leaders.

Jackee Holder is an executive and leadership coach, coach supervisor, coach trainer, action learning set facilitator, intuitive facilitator, writer, published author, interfaith minister and creativity expert. Jackee accredited with CSA in 2012 and regularly contributes to the diploma programmes. Jean-François Thiriet, has been an executive coach, collective intelligence facilitator an expert in generative change for 15 years. Working internationally and fluent in both English and French his innovative facilitation, coaching methodologies and extensive practise experience bring value for his clients. Jean-François graduated with CSA in 2019 and is part of the UK and French faculty teams.

Liz Nottingham has an extensive background in HR and leadership development.

Liz accredited CSA in 2017 and has been a regular contributor in tutor on the CSA diploma programme. Miriam Orriss is co-founder of the Coaching Supervision Academy and co-designer of the CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision. She has many years of supervisory experience in a variety of professional and business settings. Miriam continues her work as Executive Chair of CSA and lead tutor for the CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision course.

Monica Ross is an ICF accredited coach and accredited supervisor with CSA. Trained in transactional analysis with a particular emphasis on working with leaders in organisations and with groups. She is a trained energy therapist and passionate about standards and ethics in coaching and supervision.ICF-accredited
