Group Coaching Supervision with Sam Magill

People who live with dogs know that no matter how cute they are, they must be walked every day. And probably more than once!

Coaching and ethics in coaching are a lot like that: it is not enough to have a credential, to know how to coach, or to have clients. Being a truly great coach requires one to reflect on one’s work over and over again.

Life is not a one-walk dog!

Coaching Supervision is a process of stepping back – repeatedly – to reflect on the many interactions, feelings, and relationships necessary to do coaching. No one can “walk this dog” for us!
