🌿 Natural Supervision 🌿
🌿 Natural Supervision 🌿
A Coaching Supervision Space with a Twist of Wind and Tide
with Lorenza Clifford and Carissa Bub
There’s an old story of a stream that reached the edge of a desert. No matter how hard it tried to push through, its waters vanished into the sand. Only when it surrendered - rose as vapour, rode the wind, and fell again as rain - did it find its way forward. Transformed, but still itself.
For us, this is the rhythm of Natural Supervision.
We’re learning to listen differently; to each other, to the seasons, to the relational field.

This autumn, we (two CSA-accredited and experienced supervisors) are opening a new supervision group for coaches. A year-long (10 sessions) exploration of what it means to be in flow with life, not just in service of performance.
We’ll draw on:
🐝 nature as co-facilitator
🪶 narrative and rhythm as sensing tools
🌳 the quantum field
🦋 and seasons as scaffolding for transformation
We begin again on 24 September 2025.
If you’re open to experimentation and a different kind of supervision…
If you’re a coach who suspects the land has something to teach us…
Meet your supervisors, both CSA graduates - Lorenza Clifford and Carissa Bub:
Lorenza Clifford
has a relational, nature co-constructive, developmental approach. She creates a safe and egalitarian space through presence and listening to how we relate. She has been an accredited supervisor since 2012, having qualified with the Coaching Supervision Academy.
“ I am germinating a seasonal practice in my coaching and supervision that draws on nature’s principles, on the physis and flourishing, the growth and harvest, and also on the shrivelling flops, the composting and learning.”
Carissa Bub is an accredited executive and organisational coach, supervisor, and facilitator who works with leaders, teams, and change agents around the world. She is co-creating The Art of Connection, a body of work that helps people move beyond performance into stewardship, through practices of companioning and relational depth.
“In my own practice I am reclaiming wildness and seasonal rhythm, drawing closer to the earth as teacher of adaptation and belonging. This is the ground I supervise from: listening for the subtle shifts of atmosphere and connection that tell us we are evolving together. My questions emerge from that soil — inviting clients to uncover not just what they can do, but how they can grow into the stewards they are called to be.”
