I am a team coaching practitioner, trainer (of leaders and managers in the foundations of creating high performing teams) and coaching supervisor. I am lead volunteer for the team coaching special interest group for EMCC UK and I am also their Director of Digital. I also deliver CPD for their Premium Organisations - both in team coaching and positive psychology coaching.
