Team Coaching Supervision Workshop
Follow On Group for 2024/25

with Dr Alison Hodge and Dorothy Atcheson

Thank you for being part of our first-ever “Team Coaching Supervision” workshops in November and February.

We were truly inspired by your engagement, curiosity and valuable contributions. We hope the workshops enriched your understanding and sparked new ideas for your practice in this evolving field.

Your keen interest in continuing as a learning community greatly encouraged us. Reflecting on your unanswered questions and the collective curiosity about "what's next," we have crafted a special invitation for you.

We propose to host four half-day workshop sessions throughout the next year. This schedule is designed to offer you ample opportunity to practice and apply your learning with your team coach supervisees.

This invitation is only being extended to those who have completed one of the two CSA workshops which completed in February this year.

'Executive coaches are increasingly working with senior teams in team and group coaching assignments.

They find themselves facing challenging and at times ‘messy’ situations in complex, global organisational systems.'

The follow up workshop approach

In these sessions, Dorothy and I will demonstrate dyad practice, offering a continued partnership in learning.

To foster a close-knit and productive environment, we plan to cap the group at 12 participants. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Anticipated themes for exploration include group supervision for team coaches, navigating dyads, addressing rank, power, and privilege, refining your supervision frameworks, balancing structure with flexibility, and overcoming imposter syndrome, among others. True to the essence of collaborative learning, we'll remain flexible to the group's evolving interests and needs.
