John Hill and Kathleen Marron invite experienced coaches to join their next global coaching supervision group launching fall 2026. This group is designed to cultivate the awareness, discernment, and presence essential for exceptional coaching in this interconnected world.

The Global Lens offers a confidential and collaborative space to explore the opportunities, challenges, and ethical complexities that emerge in coaching global leaders, teams, and organizations. Drawing from diverse perspectives, participants will deepen their practice through reflective dialogue, systemic inquiry, and shared learning about specific cases and scenarios. Explore not only what happens in a coaching case, but also how coaches (and supervisors) influence and are influenced by the systems and cultures connected to each scenario. 

One reason Kathleen and John are drawn to work together is to tap into themes of difference –gender, culture, identity and profession. They aim to create and cultivate a learning environment that sparks curiosity about the impact of different perspectives and cultures.
