Wisdom OF REST

Four Seasonal Pillars Supporting Our Craft

COURSE OVERVIEW

A seasonal invitation for coaches and supervisors to step out of constant output and reconnect with rest as a practice that sustains

presence. Interritv and longevity.

PAUSE • REFLECT • RESTORE

THE INVITATION

Rest is not weakness.

It is wisdom.

Four seasonal pillars,

woven through the year.

Each gathering explores rest through the lens of a season. Together, they form an embodied way of being you can return to, personally and professionally, around the cycles of nature and life.

Summer

REST AS

Sustenance

Maintain vitality, healthy boundaries and a pace that protects you from depletion.

Autumn

REST AS

Release

Take stock, let go with discernment, and release what no longer serves your practice.

Winter

REST AS

Restoration

Deep rest and integration, reconnecting with stillness, intuition and inner wisdom.

Spring

REST AS

Spaciousness

Make room for emergence, curiosity and new ways of being to grow what deserves tending.

Who it's for

Coaches, supervisors, mentors and helping professionals

Practitioners seeking sustainable, ethical, values-led practice

Those navigating transition, midlife or professional reorientation

Anyone drawn to conscious living and cyclical wisdom

Leila Rezaiguia

CSA FACULTY - Accredited Coach Supervisor - ICF Mentor Coach - Author - Executive Coach - ICF PCC Assessor

Leila is a multilingual CSA Faculty member and Accredited Coach Supervisor, Executive Coach and Coach Educator, ICF PCC Assessor Marker and ICF Mentor Coach. She is the author of The Spiral of Life: Journey Through Nature's Journey and Cycles, and is known for her warmth, energy and deep belief in self-care, connection and co-creation.

Navigating midlife herself, Leila is learning that true flow comes from aligning with purpose, listening to the body's wisdom, and making conscious choices about how we spend our precious lives, living in harmony with the ebbs and flows of nature's cycles. Rest has become a cornerstone of her own practice, and this series is her invitation to share it.

Secure your place

“In nature, nothing blooms all year. Be gentle with yourself.”

Both Ayurveda and Chinese medicine understand rest not as idleness, but as alignment with the natural cycle that sustains vitality, clarity and ethical presence. Yet in a culture that prizes constant output and quietly overlooks burnout, rest is too often mistaken for laziness.

This reflective journey invites you to reconnect with rest as a birthright — a conscious, seasonal practice that supports your craft, your presence, and your capacity to keep serving from a full container. It is not a series about doing more. It is an invitation to practise being.
