Louise is a highly experienced systemic coach and coach supervisor working with leaders, teams, coaches and supervisors. She is fascinated by the multiple web of relationships that show up in our work and holds this lens at the heart of her supervision. She is a faculty member of CSA and has co-designed and currently co-leads CSA's 'Exploring The Dance of Group Supervision'. Louise is also a faculty member of CRR Global, developing and delivering their Systems Inspired Coach Supervision programmes. Lou brings into her work compassion, warmth, creativity, somatic awareness and spaciousness working with what is unfolding in the present moment for deep insight.

Harnessing the Power of Relationship –
Group Supervision for Experienced Coaches and Supervisors
with CSA Faculty Member Lou Yates
Holding the multiple layers of relationship as our lens we will be inviting a deep exploration of our relational, heartfelt work as supervisors. Each 90-minute session provides an opportunity for creative reflection and connection with self, the group, our environment and beyond opening up possibilities for:
- Deeper awareness of who we are and 'what is ours to do'
- How we hold relationship at the core of our work
- Understanding the wider influences that impact our work
- Feeling resourced in service of our self, our clients and our environment
Dates:
A new group will be starting in January with monthly 90 minute sessions. The dates and timings will be determined by the availability and time zone of participants.
