"Who you are is how you supervise"

CSA Accredited Supervisors are different because our approach is different.

Founded in 2005, CSA was the first organisation accredited to provide training specifically focused on Coaching Supervision. Since that time, Executive and Business Coaches from around the world have turned to CSA for a first class education in Coaching Supervision. Our students come from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures and experiences; our accredited graduate supervisors work worldwide in a many different contexts.

Our approach is to develop the human being as well as the professional practitioner. Our work is grounded in a deep appreciation of our shared humanity, an honouring and respecting of uniqueness and our care for the earth. Personal development is foundational as we aim to bring mature and reflective practitioners into the supervision profession.

We provide a thorough grounding in classic and contemporary models of supervision along with extensive supervised practice in these models. Our course responds to developments in coaching and in contemporary leadership and we update the curriculum accordingly.

Brave Space in Practice with CSA Accredited Supervisor Sarah Engelbrecht GROUP SUPERVISION FOR COACHES IN COMPLEX SYSTEMS In complex organisational systems, coaching rarely falters for lack of tools. It falters at the edge — when power is present, stakes are high, tension rises, and we hesitate. Brave Space in Practice is a small supervision cohort for experienced coaches working at that edge. Not a comfort circle. A space to think harder, hold steadier, and trust your judgement.

Starting March/April 2026 Transactional Analysis is a favourite communications tool for coaches worldwide. Miriam Orriss, has studied and practised TA for over 30 years, beginning with a 6-year course in TA at Metanoia, London. Miriam has particular skills in supporting coaches who wish to develop their practice through the TA lens. Miriam has combined the use of TA with an energy management (Consciousness) perspective that she has developed over the last 20 years. These two perspectives enable a fuller and deeper understanding of working with dynamics and relationships as they arise in our work as coaches and supervisors. Miriam is a Director of the Coaching Supervision Academy; she has taught the TA component on the EMCC accredited CSA Coaching Supervision Diploma for many years. Her supervisees benefit hugely from her in-depth understanding of TA and her long experience as a coach supervisor. This is a unique opportunity; if you already have some experience as a coach and would like to know how to use TA in your practice and understand how Consciousness is active in the interactions with your clients, this is a great opportunity to work with an expert in the field of both TA and supervision. Participants will increase their skills in the following areas using a case study focus, and key TA concepts.

Two new Supervision Groups with CSA Faculty member Andra Morosi. As professional coaches, it goes without saying that we do need safe spaces for being together in resonance and deep connection with one another, reflecting on our practice, exploring awkward situations or client cases, offloading , doubting, cleansing, tuning our violins, polishing our mirors... Supervision is a space of professional growth, ethical hygiene and flourishing, a space of wholehearted connection, deep humanity and professional CARE. During these troubled times, it seems even more important to be mindful of how the outer chaos, noise and polution is impacting our inner space and how we show up with our clients. These two online Supervision groups for 4 - 6 coaches will provide:
